Customer Service

Items created by hand- All items are created by Jeni using the finest materials.  Most of my materials are from
the raw but some are purchased from reputable suppliers in the industry.  Please remember that each item is
individually created, and as such, has its own individual personality. No two items are ever alike.   If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your purchase, contact Jeni to discuss the best way to exchange or repair your item.

Custom orders Items that are custom made engraved or stamp cannot be exchanged. These items are considered
to be a commissioned piece of art and are made expressly for the purchaser.  Once they are created they are owned by
the purchaser.

Returns/Exchanges (for Non-Custom orders only) I will gladly exchange any item for another of equal value
within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchange for another item or receive a credit voucher for a future purchase.
Delivery and insurance fees are non-refundable. No exchanges are issued after 30 business days or for mistreated
products. Due to the irreversible nature of custom orders, no returns or exchanges for these products.  

Methods of Payment VISA and Master Card, discover and American express are all accepted through Paypal

Repair Warranty 30-day repair warranty covers defective base jewelry parts and hardware; does not cover
soft/malleable features, natural bead variations and mistreated products.

Product Care Store your jewelry away from the bathroom whenever possible and Protect jewelry from liquids,
solvents and harsh chemicals and activities. Sterling silver will tarnish; seal it in an air tight plastic container to minimize
this effect. Use a soft-silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish. Glass and semi-precious beads may crack/break if
dropped on a hard surface.

Resizing is available     resizing requests are fulfilled at a nominal fee for simple procedures. Products that are
made from fine silver and require the item to be re-fired will require an additional fee.  Fees increase according to
difficulty of project and if additional components are required.

Warranty Repair and Resizing  Package your returned product carefully. All packages being sent for repairs
must be insured.  You are responsible for this cost as well as the cost of shipping. I will not be held responsible for lost
packages due to mail service. Please contact Jeni for the mailing address.
Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping

Our packages are sent Monday - Friday via the U.S. Postal Service. Orders typically ship 7-10 days from order.    
Remember each item is made to order.
The exception would be custom orders that ship within the agreed apon time between customer and Jeni. Priority
delivery is the standard method of shipping.  Delivery normally takes 7-10 business days.
Shipping cost is $5.50 per item each additional item is $1.00
